At Deco Vibes, we take great care in crafting and delivering premium-quality wall décor. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest via email or phone.

If your order has not been shipped, we’ll cancel it and process your full refund within 2–3 business days.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still return the item under our return policy once it is delivered.


Return Policy

We thoroughly inspect every product before shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear images and order details. We will offer:

A free replacement
or full refund, as per your preference.

Note: The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (change of mind, interior mismatch, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

The item must be in original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Important Notes:

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.

Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted.
